Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a class a maximum of 24 hours prior to the start time and book up to 90 days in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, you will forfeit your place and will still be charged. You can reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the appointment. Should anyone consistently cancel classes near to the start time of their class they will not be able to continue class plans but will still be able to book individual classes, paid for individually. Pilates Circuits and Matwork Progressions classes are not suitable for those with injuries and previous reformer experience is strongly recommended.
